  • Compact event (one week full day)
  • Limitation of participants
  • Pre-registration via ILIAS required
  • Compulsory attendance in the entire lecture

  • Enabling students to design effective and efficient workflows and work processes
  • Training in labor management methods (MTM basic system, process modules, data determination, etc.)
  • Training in modern methods and principles of work management, IE and production systems
  • Students are able to practically apply methods for the design of workplaces and processes.
  • Students are able to apply modern approaches to process and production organization.
