The aim of the "Structural models in the introductory phase of studies" program is to sustainably promote academic success and reduce drop-outs. The focus is on the individuality of students, which is to be more closely integrated into the design of study conditions. In order to achieve this goal, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering is focusing on the use of existing data on the course of studies. Based on the knowledge gained, design recommendations are to be derived for the degree programs at the faculty as well as for both student and faculty advisory services.
